We encourage all clients to first get into contact with us before attempting to do anything first. Each client has different circumstances so what works for some might not work for others.
In terms of timeframes for setting up for a sale, we ask that our clients give us at least 2 to 3 weeks to set up. Some sales have only taken a week to set up depending on the size while others have been entire antique malls and we required over a month. Again, for a more concrete answer, we ask our clients to contact us.
We sell it all! Our clients are not going to always have just antiques or collectibles or rare exotic items and we understand that. Our goal is to sell everything that you want to be sold. Our job is to sell it all, albeit new furniture, kitchenware, tools and machinery, holiday decorations for Christmas or Easter, and everything in between.
Estate sales happen year round and we are proud to offer them year round. Summer and spring can be great months for some estate sales, and not as good for others. Contact us and let us know what you have. The sooner we can discuss with you your items and your intentions with our service, the better equipped we are to assist you and service your needs.
